Insurance Benefits
It is important for you to know that even if you are covered by medical or accident insurance, our services are offered on the understanding that you are financially responsible for the total amount of your account. Most insurance coverage is designed to pay only a portion of the costs of your treatment. We encourage you to be fully aware of the provisions of your insurance policies and their limitations.
Our door is open to all patients regardless of insurance coverage. We are also able to treat most patients carrying coverage through many different plans, although in some instances your benefit may be affected. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card if you have any questions regarding your benefits with our office.
We are always pleased to submit a claim to your insurance carrier for your treatments. We request that you provide us with the correct and/or updated insurance information so that we may submit your claim properly.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why am I being billed for services covered by my medical plan ^TOP

Billing statements are processed at the end of each month. It is our office policy to always send patients a billing statement when there is an outstanding balance on the account. This policy allows patients to be aware of their account status at all times. You may delay paying your bill until you have received notice from your plan or you can call us with any questions.

Can I choose my Doctor?  ^TOP

You have the right to request any doctor on our staff at any time. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. It is a good idea, however, to have a primary doctor for your chiropractic needs so they have a chance to become familiar with you and your conditions.

How long does it take to get in to see a doctor?  ^TOP

We strive to have all patients seen as soon as possible.  Same day appointments are usually available.

Will you see patients on an emergency basis?  ^TOP

The doctors and staff make every effort to see emergency patients as soon as possible. Call at the first sign of a problem and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  After hours emergency care is available for a fee.
